VisitNow Instruction / Guidelines

 

All visitors have to go through on-line registration to create an account and request an inmate to be approved for Remote Video Visitation.

Please follow the instruction below to visit with your inmate:

 

  1. Create an account or log in with your existing account
  2. Account email address must match on both Gettingout.com and nhdoc.gtlvisitme.com
  3. Once logged in, request an inmate to be approved for visitation
  4. You must wait for facility approval prior to visitation
  5. Download the GettingOut Visits app for iOS or Android
  6. Create an account or log on with your existing account
    • Your account email must match the email on your gtlvisitme account
    • Please ensure you allow all app permissions
  7. Once logged in, add your inmate
  8. The inmate will need to initiate the remote visit to your mobile device
